Max B Gains Appeal YES!!!!! FREE MAXB

FDB BLACK CITY G'SRapper Max B received an appeal to try and overturn his September 2009 murder conviction. A New Jersey judge has set a date for Max B to appeal his case in the hopes of overturning his conviction. His new attorney, Joli O'Shay released a statement saying that they will exhaust all available options to overturn the verdict.

Max was sentenced to 75 years for felony murder, kidnapping, conspiracy, aggravated manslaughter, and armed robbery for masterminding a 2006 heist in where one was killed. The testimony of Max's ex girlfriend Gina Conway was damning. She testified that Max and his step brother, Kelvin Leerdam, targeted two men at a Holiday Inn because they carried around loads of cash.
